Sanssouci Hotels will manage your property on your behalf. We use our operating expertise to manage your property over the long term, to achieve operating efficiencies, service excellence and maximum profitability. You pay Sanssouci fees for providing these services.
Indicative Sanssouci Hotels Fees
- Brand Fee (range): 1% to 5% of Gross Revenues
- Base Fee (range): 10-20% of Gross Revenues
- Incentive Fee (range): 10% to 20% of Gross Operating Profit
- Reservations & Group Services Fees: Subject to property size and attributes
- Systems Re-imbursable Expenses: 2-5% at cost of 3rd party services
- Marketing Fees: 3-5% of Gross Revenues at cost of 3rd party services
Sanssouci will consider an earnings guarantee to owners in the start-up phase of the business, to ensure our interests are aligned.
Agreement Term
A flexible term will be negotiated to ensure the agreement has the appropriate time to produce the best results. A 10 year term, plus performance based options is typical.
