Sanssouci Hotels considers leasehold opportunities for properties in major tourist destinations, with a minimum of 20 keys, and the possibility for substantial growth. Leases should include all facilities required to operate the business, including guest rooms, F&B operations, spa, meeting facilities, administration and general services areas, leisure facilities, and car parking.
